To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 4.5V is a must. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features WITH DIRECTION CONTROL to better serve the need. The high limit of ambient temperature for transceiver is 125°C. The bottom temp to go with the electronic parts should be -55°C.
