SMA6864MZ LF2451 Overview

For packaging, Tube is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 24-SSIP Formed Leads package.The supply voltage 20V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Through Hole.When -20°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 24 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 15V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.This is the maximum current at which the output reaches 3.75A.As an additional option, ALSO REQUIRED VBB SUPPLY MAX 200V can be provided.
