SMA6863MZ Overview

Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 24-SSIP Formed Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 20V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-20°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.The analog IC type of this H bridge is AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.When the output reaches 3.75A, a maximum current is reached.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 2.5A current.
