In this package, Tube is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 24-SSIP Formed Leads package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 20V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Through Hole.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Through Hole mounts H gate.Transmission lines are terminated with 24 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.There is a voltage supply of 15V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Onput current that reaches 3.75A at maximum.Currently, 2.5A current flows through the output and power supply pins.Additionally, ALSO REQUIRED VBB SUPPLY MAX 400V can be provided.
