SKT10/06D Overview

In an SCR, the rated average on-state current (A) is the maximum repeated average value of forward current that can flow through the device, and it is 19.During normal operation, the peak on-state voltage (V) should be 1.6@30A.SCRs with surge current ratings of 250 can withstand peak non-repetitive or surge current during a limited number of cycles during their lifespan.Repeated peak reverse voltage equals the maximum amount of reverse voltage within an instantaneous period of time, including any repetitive transient voltages. It is 600 V.
