SIM6812M Overview


For packaging, Tube is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 40-DIP (0.657, 16.70mm), 29 Leads package.The supply voltage 13.5V~16.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Through Hole.When -20°C~100°C TA is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are AC Motors.Mount the board using Through Hole.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 40 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 15V.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.When the ambient temperature reaches 3.75A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.
