SI8517-C-IMR Overview


In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are placed in 12-VFQFN packages. As a precaution, these current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. This current sensor should be able to supply a maximum current of 7mA. The current supplied by current sensors should not exceed 7mA. These current sensors must operate at a temperature greater than -40°C in order to be effective. There should, however, be 125°C maximum operating temperature set for the current sensors. As far as the current sensor is concerned, it has 12 pins.
