SI8506-C-IM Overview


Safety precautions are taken by putting the current sensors in 12-VFQFN packages. The current sensors are enclosed in the Tube to prevent them from being damaged. These current sensors should supply 7mA current at their maximum. Current sensors should supply no more current than 7mA. It is imperative that the operating temperature for these current sensors does not go below -40°C. For the current sensors, the maximum operating temperature should be set to 125°C. For current sensors, 20A is the current of interest. A current sensor like this has 12 pins. When the current sensors operate, they could output 5.5V voltage.
