SI5395K-A11489-GMR Overview


Reel-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V ~ 1.89V, 3.14V ~ 3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
