SI5338C-B10308-GMR Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package that contains it. In it, there are 24 terminations. Clock program provides 1.8V volts. In order to run 260, the peak reflow temperature of this part is taken into account. Clock program contains a total of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC peripheral ICs, uPs, and uCs. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached at 1.98V. Keeping Vsup above 1.71V is necessary for normaloperation. Using this device, ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V NOM AND 3.3V NOMINAL can also be founded. Clock program is not recommended for the clock to exceed 200MHz in terms of Clock programs output frequency. Under 85°C circumstances should it be used above 85°C. Working temperatures should be above -40°C.
