SC34063AP1G Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Through Hole-mount switching regulator. 0°C~70°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 33kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.5A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family SC3*063A. On the basis of 40V Switch's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily.
