SC2603ASKTRT Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
