SA8028W Overview


It is packaged using the Bulk method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. In this IC, a 24-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 24 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that frequency generators can handle. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.6V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 2.7V. In this case, the product is an analog IC and can be classified as a PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-electronic frequency generator.
