The S12ZVL platform, which is a component of the S12 MagniV mixed-signal MCU product line, provides an inexpensive, highly integrated solution for automotive LIN nodes with little space. The family offers scalability for platform standardization with memory sizes ranging from 8-128K flash.

For automotive and industrial applications such sensor interfaces, actuators, switch panels, and ambient lighting, the S12ZVL combines a sophisticated S12Z core with a 12 V to 5 V voltage regulator and a LIN physical layer transceiver.
