S912ZVML32F3WKH Description


The smallest, most effective, and scalable 3-phase motor control solution for Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), or Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) control applications for industrial and automotive is provided by the 16-bit S12 MagniV? S12ZVM mixed-signal microcontroller family. A 12 V to 5 V voltage regulator, LIN physical layer or CAN physical layer, and a Gate Driver Unit (GDU) to control six power MOSFETs are all included inside the S12ZVM MCUs.
