S912ZVLA12F0MLF emerges as a member of the S12ZVL family of mixed-signal MCUs developed by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale. It is optimized for automotive & industrial LIN applications based on its integration with a sophisticated S12Z core with a 12 V to 5 V voltage regulator and a LIN physical layer transceiver. Based on its specific characteristics, a low-cost, highly integrated solution is developed for space-constrained automotive LIN nodes. Scalability for platform standardization is provided based on its memory sizes from 8-128K flash.
