RXEF017 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 60V voltage. PTC thermistors are designed for 170mA current. These thermistors are rated for 60V voltage in DC circuits. PTC thermistors should produce 480mW heat. PTC thermistors should not have a current greater than 40A.
