RXEF005 Overview


Into Radial packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Bulk. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 85°C. PTC thermistor terminations are 2. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 60V voltage. The PTC thermistors are designed for 50mA current. A DC circuit uses 60V to rate these thermistors. PTC thermistors should produce 260mW heat. PTC thermistors should not have a higher current than 40A.
