RT8120DGSP Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Cut Tape (CT). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of terminations with 8 of dc switching. In particular, switching converter belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers family. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 85 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off.
