RT6266GSP Overview


Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz. Regulator 7.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 7.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 2.4A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 36V. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 800mV. The maximal output voltage of 36V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 36V. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 85°C limit. The voltage regulator 12v must operate at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C in order to remain reliable. The voltage regulator 12v supports a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 7.5V for its input. 36V input voltage can be sustained by this voltage regulator 12v.
