RT6219AHGQW Overview


As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 4A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 4A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 23V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 10 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 600mV volts. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 5V.
