RT6154BGQW Overview


A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 14 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.4MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 1.8V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 4A output current. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 3.3V volts. During switching regulator operation, 14 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.8V at the very least. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 5.5V as its maximum output voltage.
