RT5753ALGQWA Overview

The space-saving 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ). This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. By using the 5.5V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the ACOT™ family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
