RT5047AGSP Overview


Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output is set to 13.3V 18.3V by this voltage controller. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. There are a variety of applications for the v, including Converter, LNB. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. It is designed to run the input voltage at 8V~16V. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it. In this power supply regulator, there are 8 pins. Temperatures lower than -40°Care not suitable for it. There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 85°C. For normal operation, there should be 16V operating supply voltage applied.
