A handy SOT-23-6 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 6.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.25V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.There are 6 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 6 pins.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Voltage References.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 10mA.The maximum output voltage is 1.25V.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 5.5V.The supply voltage must be 5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 1.25V.Idle parts use 100?A.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 1.8V voltage at least.This voltage reference ic has a maximum inaccuracy of 0.2%.If the current is greater than 120?A, the voltage reference ic may be damaged or improperly operated.
