REF102CPG4 Overview

It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -25°C~85°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF102".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 10V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 10V lower than 10V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 40V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.It requires a 15V supply voltage.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 11.4V~36V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 1.4mA when it is idle.It runs on 1.4mA supply current.The record shows, it requires 11.4V voltage at least to get the voltage reference ic run.Currents greater than 1.4A may result in improper operation and potentially part damage.
