REF02HN8 Overview


This program uses the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tube external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.5% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 5V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED degrees Celsius.By using Through Hole, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within 0°C~70°C TA.Since it is a type Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit has a wide range of applications.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "REF02".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 20mA.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 15V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 8V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 13V~33V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 5V is generated.It is powered by a current of 1.4mA which is used for its operation.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 5.025V.To fulfill its purpose better, it needs OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-3 PERCENT RANGE.
