REF01CS-REEL7 Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 10V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 240.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF01".It is suitable for 8mA input applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 10V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 10V lower than 10V.It requires a 15V supply voltage.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 12V~40V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 1.6mA when it is idle.It runs on 1.6mA supply current.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE 3 PERCENT to better fulfill the purpose.
