R80C188XL20 Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PLCC for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR. Overall, there are 68 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. This microprocessor has an architecture of 16 bits. 20MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 68 please refer to their datasheets. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. Its external data bus width is 8. An environment with temperatures higher than 70°C should not be used for the CPU microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 68 pins. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. The datasheet specifies that this CPU microprocessor requires 5V power supply. 5V is the CPU core voltage. A voltage of 4.5V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor. This embedded microprocessor includes additional features such as: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. To deal with hardware interrupts, 5 external interrupt terminations occur. Programs the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process using Channel 2.
