QS3VH125S1G Overview


The reason it is provided is that the board space can be saved by placing digital switch in the SOIC N.The basic configuration of this system includes 14 terminations.The multiplexer's system is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V.Currently, this turn signal switch has a total of 14 component pins.A conductor terminates at GULL WING.Its supply type is Single, which is used as the source of power.Currently, it is configured with a 14 pin configuration.This unit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The logic switch object belongs to the family of CB3Q/3VH/3C/2B.Signal multiplexer contains 4 bits.It is provided that 3.3V has a power supply in order to function normally.In electronic terms, the digital switch ic is classified as part number Bus Driver/Transceivers.Without any external influences, it consumes 3mA current of multiplexer ic at all times.The system operates with a resistance of 2.In terms of resistance, it has a value of 9Ohm.At 85°C, the maximum operating temperature of this signal switch is acceptable.It is recommended that a minimum operating temperature of the multiplexer of -40°C be maintained.In compliance with the applicable device specification, the signal switches has a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V.A minimum supply voltage of 2.3V is specified for the digital swith in accordance with its applicable specifications.For its logic, IC BUS DRIVER is used.
