PM8908TR Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 0.5V~2V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Converter, DDR. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~150°C to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 1V~3.5V. If you are looking for pin-to-pin solutions for a specific application, please search PM8908. There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board. 20pins are present on the power regulators. As a rule, 15V operating supply voltage is required for normal operation. It is possible to switch the voltage controller at a frequency of 14kHz.
