A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SC-74A, SOT-753 package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number PM8841.The mount method is Surface Mount.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1A.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 800mA.
