PI6C22405LIE Overview

Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 8 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 2.375V. Logic circuits containing this analog clock generator are commonly used in PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic.
