PI3318-00-LGIZ Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tray package. There are 123 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 123-BLGA Module package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Fixed) output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 600kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 8V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.4V 1.8V.
