For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tray package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 123 terminations. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.4MHz.
