PDU-V114 Overview

These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 75V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The temperature should not be higher than 125°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C.  The breakdown voltage should be 10V to ensure photodiodes work. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10pA current.
