PDB-C609-2 Overview

The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 100°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Photodiodes need a breakdown voltage of 50V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
