PDB-C166 Overview

The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Metallized Ceramic packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
