PDB-C152SM Overview

In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 50V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 80°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. For photodiodes to work, the breakdown voltage should be 100V. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
