P9167NRGI Overview


For packaging, Bulk is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the DFN package.Mount the board using Surface Mount.An interface using 12 pins is used to provide pronged contact.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT as its analog IC type.When the ambient temperature reaches 5.5A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.A number of 12 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with its specific functions.It is important to maintain the operating supply voltage at 5.25V in order to ensure high efficiency.The maximum acceptable operating temperature is 125°C in order to avoid excessive costs.Keeping operating temperatures within -40°C is the minimum acceptable value in order to prevent excessive operating expenses.
