OPA347NA/250G4 Overview


There is a SOT-23 case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape and Reel case. We are approaching the 5h termination of the year. In total, there are 5 pins on this op amp ic. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 5V battery. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 5 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 6mV. The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 20μA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 115dB at all times. For this linear amplifier to work, the temperature should not be below -55°C. In order to avoid damage to the product, operational amplifiers should only be used at temperatures below 125°C. The total number of elements in this buffer amplifier is 1. Under 5.5V is the minimum supply voltage for this electric component. Over 2.5V is a recommended supply voltage for buffer amps
