The NOM02A4-AG01G contact image sensor (CIS) module integrates a green LED light source, lens and image sensor in a compact housing. The module is designed for document scanning, mark reading, gaming and office automation equipment applications and is suitable for scanning documents up to 216mm wide. An analog video output achieves a scanning rate of 1.728msec/line. The NOM02A4-AG01G module employs proprietary CMOS image sensing technology from onsemi to achieve high-speed performance and high sensitivity.
