NJM2903DQ Overview


To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in DIP .This comparator has 8 pins.Normal operation of the device requires 1mA supply current.If the current supply exceeds 1mA , the comparator might be damaged.There is no need to exceed 85°C in terms of temperature.Lower temperatures than -40°C are unsuitable for it.There is a maximum voltage supply on the comparator of 36V .This comparator can be supplied with a voltage as low as 2V .To maintain output quality, 2 channels cooperate.
