NCP81278MNTXG Description
NCP81278MNTXG is a type of compact two?phase synchronous buck controller developed by ON Semiconductor. It is integrated with gate drivers and the PWM VID interface. High efficiency in light?load can be achieved based on a programmable power save interface (PSI) when it operates in 1?phase diode emulation mode. Small size inductors and capacitors can be employed because it can operate in high switching frequencies up to 800 kHz. The NCP81278MNTXG buck controller is able to support all ceramic-capacitor applications.
