NCP81274MNTXG Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 8 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with PWM Signal dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~20V. Qualified to work in a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 250kHz~1.2MHz. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. 40 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The minimum input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.6V. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 5.4V input voltage at most.
