NCP81119MNTXG Overview


NCP81119MNTXG voltage regulator has advantages from low-noise, low-dropout, and a miniaturized design. The low dropout voltage as well as low quiescent current permit operation at very minimal power consumption. ON Semiconductor NCP81119MNTXG regulator is perfect to power noise-sensitive components, for instance, video, medical, or test and measurement application.


Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. To facilitate transportation, it is packaged in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad. The product is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output is set to 0.5V~2.3V by this regulator. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. In addition to Controller, Intel VR12.5, this device targets other applications as well. A temperature setting of -10°C~100°Cis recommended to avoid malfunctions. It is designed to run the input voltage at 4.75V~5.25V. It has received a great deal of support as a SWITCHING CONTROLLERregulator. Surface Mountis there for mounting on a PCB or another board.
