NCP15XF101K03RC Overview

For convenience, it is included in the 0402 package. The maximum operating temperature of 125°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C. These NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. The electronic component can absorb power dissipation of 0.1W. The maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 3.1mA without too much deterioration of the fuse element.
