N80C188XL12 Overview


The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in PLCC. The packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. To date, there have been 68 terminations. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 5V. An architecture based on 16 bits is used. 12MHz is the CPU's frequency. Datasheets for 68 pin functions can be found here. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. With a width of 8, this CPU has a wide external data bus. If the temperature is higher than 70°C, the microprocessor should not operate. A total of 68 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. It is possible to use the micro processor from 5V. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supply. Currently, the CPU core voltage is 5V. CPU voltages cannot exceed 62.5mA. A voltage greater than 5.5V should not normally be applied to the embedded microprocessor. It is recommended to feed the CPU microprocessor with a voltage of 4.5V. The embedded microprocessor also includes the following features: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. Hardware interrupts can be dealt with by terminating 5 external interrupts. In DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are applied. A 8-bit conductor is available.
