MXA2500EL  Description

The MXA2500EL is an ultra-low noise amplifier designed for high-performance wireless and wired communication systems. It offers a high gain of 26 dB over a broad frequency range of 50 MHz to 2500 MHz, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With a noise figure of only 0.65 dB, it provides exceptional signal sensitivity, which is critical in low-power and long-range wireless communication systems. The amplifier can be operated from an adjustable bias voltage of 3V to 5V, and it consumes only 23.5 mA at 5V, making it an energy-efficient solution. The MXA2500EL is offered in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm QFN package, which makes it easy to integrate into space-constrained applications.
