MPY534KH Overview

In order to package the product, Tube is used.Due to the cost-effectiveness of the package, it is included in TO-100-10 Metal Can.There is a widespread use of 4-Quadrant bits per stage.A voltage of 15V is used for its operation.There is a nominal negative supply voltage provided for -15V.During the period of 3MHz, a modulated radio-frequency signal occupying the frequency range is present.To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, there are 10 terminations.Reflow temperature limit NOT SPECIFIED is determined by the component whose tolerance for high temperatures is the lowest.This device is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 70°C.As a general rule, the maximum supply voltage should be kept at 18V.It is a well-known part of the MPY series, which is used in a wide variety of applications.
